Our Manifesto
Studio Carone is self-regulated by an internal code of conduct that binds us to the highest levels of customer satisfation.
We wrote up the Studio Carone Professional Rules, a set of principles detailing rights and duties of our team towards all our internal and external contacts.
The purpose of the Professional Rules is to promote attention towards the needs and expectations of our contacts and to censor those behaviours that we deem inappropriate to the ethical and moral principles we follow at Studio Carone.

Our Rules
Behaviour, Management and job Rules
- Conflict of Interest – avoid situations that can create real or potential conflicts of interest, both on a personal and a profesional level. Pursue transparency, trust and integrity. No team member can pursue personal advantages relate to his activity for Studio Carone.
- Non Disclosure of Private Information – it is of the outmost importance that no information on our business and clients will be allowed to spread outside of our professional activity.
- Bari Office Work Hours – 8:30 to 13:00, 14:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday
- Milan Office Work Hours – 9:00 to 13:00, 14:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday
- Respect of Other Professionals – the professionality of all team members has to be respected. The tasks and responsibilities of a team member are discussed with her superisor. The Studio promotes those activities that create greater harmony and collaboration among the team.
- Team Meetings – team members and their supervisiors meet up weekly to plan the following week and tackle the critical issues.
- Sharing – all team members should work to proactively improve and optimise the quality of work at Studio Carone.
